Rating: 4.2/5 Review: "Star Trek: Into Darkness 3D movie review" First of all, I am not exposed to the Star Trek's world except watching J.J Abrams' first version. His first take of Star Trek did not impress me and I was hesitating if I should watch the sequel in cinema in 3D. Fortunately, I gave it a try and I didn't expect to be massively entertained by it. I even like it. Star Trek: Into Darkness, from the opening scenes, starts straight into the action. It is more action-packed and brisk-paced than the first one. The story: We see an extended opening with the crew trying to save a planet from the destructive volcano. After that, Captain Kirk is chided for neglecting the lives of his crew. Meanwhile, a terrorist rises and we see his cunning plans. It is not long before we see him killing people and Kirk and Spock in a near-death situation. The revenge sets Kirk and his crew going on a manhunt and catch the terrorist before more people die. It is strai
