With 6 episodes, do not expect everything to move at a fast pace. For me, the pace does not really work. Romance and action have been added into it in order to make more interesting. The fight scenes are okay for a TV show. But other than that, nothing really stand out.

Review:"Death note TV review"(37 episodes)(2007)

I have read the manga so seeing this is nothing special. The TV series is just basically copying everything from the managa, from scenes to scenes. In no time, it will be boring. The music is the only thing that stands out. Those who have not read the manga, it is a good thriller. Otherwise, see it if you want.

Rating: 3.5/5 Review: Taken DVD review Taken is a new action movie that makes the audiences want more hard and gritty action flicks. I can see that now. Taken has the drama (Yawn!) and the realistic action (Like the Borne movies). Clocking at only 1 and a half hour, the movie starts off slow with drama. After half and hour pass, it goes straight to the intensity and non-stop realistic action. I don't like the slow start. As it is only 1 and a half hour, it do not have the time for slow characters' development. It should drive straight to the action, unless it clocks around 2 hours. The story: It seems to be the usual kidnapping movies where the bad guys kidnap some random girl/boy and ask for ransom. But in this, they kidnap young women to become sex-slaves. A father of a kidnapped daughter is enraged and goes to Paris where his daughter is. "I will find you! I will kill you!" He says to the bad guys. He starts punching and kicking people to hell. Rating: 3.8/5 Review: "Resident Evil: Retribution movie review" It was a pity that I did not manage to catch it in 3D. I have no doubt that it looks good in 3D since the previous movie looks good in 3D. To say the truth, Resident Evil: Retribution seems to be nothing special without the amazing 3D like what Resident Evil: Afterlife is. The 5th movie is all about action and suspense, the story is pretty straight-forward. The story: You are a fool if you go and watch a Resident Evil movie expecting good story line and acting. So far, none of the movies in the franchise have these qualities. But they are entertaining to watch because of the action and suspense. This is the most action-packed Resident Evil movie so far.
