Review: "The Vampire Diaries Season 1 DVD review"

This was a huge hit on TV back in 2009. It is clear to see why it has become a popular series that it has its own spin-off, The Originals. With Vampires invading the big and small screens, The Vampire Diaries does its job by spinning its own world that engages audiences. It is worth the watch and is fairly entertaining. It has everything that a TV series should have: Suspense, romance, good-looking stars, decent production looks. It ends with an extreme cliffhanger which makes me want to immediately get Season 2.

DVD special features-Rating: 3.5/5
There are several special features featured in the Season 1 Box set. Firstly, the main meat of the special feature is Into Mystic Falls (25 minutes) which is the making of with producers and cast discussing about bringing the pages into life. It is a decent making of. Next is When Vampires don't suck (19 minutes) which is about how the producers trying to please the huge fan base. A new breed of Vampires (13 minutes) is the producers and cast discussing the new things The Vampire Diaries brings on the table. Vampire 101 (6 minutes) is a pointless featurette which shows the cast discussing about the vampires in the series. A pointless A Darker Truth Webisodes (8 minutes) which is boring. There is a funny Gag Reel (4 minutes) which shows the cast fumbling with their lines. There are deleted scenes that can be accessed through individual episodes. The surprisingly special feature on the disc is the audiobook which rounds up the decent features.

Best and Worst movies of 2011 2011 is over! It sees many good movies so it was kind of tricky to list the best 4 movies of 2011. It had been a good year for movies. Let's see if 2012 is any better. 1.Transformers: Dark of the Moon Rating: 4.5/5 It is one of the best 3D movie ever. It has cool action, great 3D and robots. It may be the final Transformers for Michael Bay. Only thing that can be improved is that rushed out ending. Other than that, it could be 2011 best action movie. 2.Sucker Punch Rating: 4.5/5 It is sad to see the critics slamming this movie. I find its presentation kind of cool and unique. The action is not bad too. Zack Synder really has a sense of cool visual which the movie a more interesting view. 3.Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Rating: 4.5/5 The end is finally here. Rating: 3.9/5 Review: "Iron Man 2 DVD review" Well, for me, it is kind of disappointing. Seeing the lack of action and three short action scenes disappoints me as this movie has been reported to have a higher budget than the first one. Another thing disappointing is the pace. The pace in the first Iron Man movie is intense, it is filled with intense moments and quirky humour. This one's pace is slower with all the melodrama of Tony trying to live his "broken" life as he thinks he will soon die. And he starts being an ass, some drunk ass, and blah blah.... The story: The first third of the movie is not bad, still holding up some interesting moments like the villian, Ivan in a car race scene.
