Not that I think he is the best director, he does know how to create an entertaining movie. The criticism is the usual; ugly visuals, lack of character's development, chaotic action. I could at least try to understand the harsh criticism on his poor direction on story and pacing. But I am appalled when the critics start tearing him apart on his visual direction.
